1. Digital Passport Delivery

Immediate Digital Access: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a digital passport for your clothing item within 24 hours via email. This digital passport serves as proof of ownership and authenticity, and provides immediate access to our digital ecosystem features through our mobile application.

The digital passport is an integral part of your purchase and enables you to:

  • Access your digital avatar and customization features
  • Participate in our digital rating system and gamification elements
  • Engage with community features and exclusive content
  • Track your item's authenticity and ownership

Important: Digital passports are delivered immediately and cannot be returned or refunded once delivered, as they are provided instantly upon purchase completion.

2. Physical Product Delivery Timeline

Production and Delivery: Due to high demand and our commitment to quality, physical clothing items are produced on-demand. The average delivery time for physical products is approximately 30 days from the date of purchase.

This extended timeline ensures:

  • Quality materials and construction at affordable prices
  • Ethical production practices
  • Customization options where applicable
  • Maintenance of our accessible pricing model

You will receive shipping notifications and tracking information once your physical item enters production and ships.

3. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of physical delivery (not purchase date) for items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Note: The 30-day return window begins from the date you receive the physical product, not from the purchase date. This accounts for the production and shipping timeline.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@minimalorder.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
  5. Include your order confirmation or digital passport reference number

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Important: Refunds apply only to the physical product. Digital passports are non-refundable as they are delivered immediately and provide instant access to our digital ecosystem features.

Note: For payments made through Stripe, refunds will appear on your original payment method statement.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital passports (delivered immediately and non-revocable)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items received more than 30 days ago (from physical delivery date)
  • Final sale items (if any are marked as such)
  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Note that a new digital passport will be issued with the new purchase.

9. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that doesn't match your order, please contact us immediately at returns@minimalorder.com. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.

10. Cryptocurrency Wallet Information

Wallet Requirements: To fully access and utilize our digital ecosystem features, you may need to provide your cryptocurrency wallet address or related information. This information is used solely for enabling digital asset functionality within our mobile application.

Privacy and Security: We do not store private keys or sensitive wallet information. You are solely responsible for the security of your cryptocurrency wallet. Minimal Order is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized access to your wallet or digital assets.

11. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Please ensure items comply with your country's return regulations.
