These Terms govern your use of aylo.technology, the mobile application currently called AYLO Core, and any future renamed or successor version of that application (together, the "Service"). A change to the public name or icon does not end or replace these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is a unified digital ecosystem with account profiles, avatars, social posts, messages, comments, likes, followers, family and organizer features, health and fitness tools, gifts, MOON Credits, Storage, digital item inventory, notifications, moderation tools and focused internal experiences, including spiritual utilities. AYLO may also sell physical products through the website.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Some features may require profile information, approval, age eligibility, moderation review or compliance with community rules.
General accounts are for users age 13 or older. A minor may use age-appropriate features only with any consent required by the minor's country. A guardian who creates, links or supervises a child account confirms that the guardian has legal authority to do so.

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display, distribute and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure and promote the Service and your content within it. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies already shared by others and limited backups or records retained for legal, safety or technical reasons. You are responsible for having the rights needed to post your content.
We may remove content, restrict accounts or limit features if content violates these Terms, community rules, applicable law, App Store rules or safety standards.
MOON Credits are internal app credits used only inside the Service for eligible digital items, gifts, support actions and app progression. MOON Credits are not external currency, securities, bank balances, cash balances, stored value, investment products or guaranteed earnings. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless a separate, lawful reward program is expressly offered under separate written terms.
Digital items, avatars, Storage items, ratings, boosts, gifts and progress features are app features for personal use and community engagement. They do not guarantee real-world value, financial return, prize, income or production outcome.
Digital goods or app features purchased inside a mobile app are processed through the platform's payment system when required by platform rules. The platform controls billing, refunds and restoration for those purchases under its own rules. Physical goods sold on the website may be processed through Stripe or another approved checkout provider. Prices, taxes, delivery terms and any renewal terms will be shown before purchase where applicable.
Physical product orders are governed by the product page, checkout terms, shipping policy and return policy. Product images, availability, sizes, colors and delivery estimates may change. Physical goods are separate from internal app credits and digital progression features.
Health, fitness, medical-card, medication-reminder and organizer features are informational tools and are not a medical device, medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, bank, accountant, credit provider or financial adviser. Do not delay professional care or emergency assistance because of information shown by the Service. Verify important medical, medication, financial and appointment information independently.
Family features help authorized members coordinate tasks, activity and reminders. They do not replace active adult supervision, emergency services, school records, medical monitoring or a dedicated child-safety service. Location, activity and completion states can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Guardians remain responsible for lawful consent, age-appropriate use and real-world supervision.
Spiritual utilities inside the Service may include prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran, adhkar and related tools. Location-based results depend on device permissions, location accuracy, calculation settings and local conditions. Users should verify critical religious timing or personal religious questions with trusted local knowledge when needed.
Users can report content or accounts and may block other users where supported. We may review reports, appeals, messages, public content, account signals and transaction records to enforce safety, prevent abuse and comply with law.
We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or a material violation of these Terms. The Service provides account deletion from profile settings. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment records, moderation history or dispute handling.
The AYLO and FAYZ names, designs, interfaces, software, branding, product imagery and original content are owned by AYLO or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or misuse the service except as allowed by law and these Terms.
The Service may rely on Apple, Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Stripe and other providers governed by their own terms. The Service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific rankings, production results, marketplace outcomes, rewards, earnings, delivery timing for app progression, or continued availability of any feature.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYLO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, app, digital features, social features, physical products or third-party services.
We may update these Terms as the Service develops or is renamed. When required by law, material changes will be presented before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and the mandatory consumer protections of the user's jurisdiction. Additional purchase, promotion or feature-specific terms may apply when clearly presented before use.
